Oilfield Helping Hands (OHH), a non-profit organization that helps oilfield families in financial crisis, has appointed William (Bill) Markus as its first executive director. Based in Houston, Markus will be responsible for managing the support staff and day-to-day operations; raising funds; growing the organization; guiding and assisting committee chairs; and maintaining a proper balance of income and grants.
